Sofitel Budapest *****Placed at the end of the Danube Promenade, with the Academy of Science, the Danube, the Chain Bridge and the Vaci Street as its closest neighbour, the location couldn't be better. Not enough with the location, it also has a beautiful view; the castle, the Castle Hill Funicular, the Matthias Church and the Buda side looks beautiful from some of the windows of the hotel, especially during evening time.Since Sofitel is a five star hotel they offer everything expected from a five star hotel (indoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium, library etc), but if the view is important to you, make sure to write it in some notice, or pay some more to get a room after your taste (if not you might end up viewing some kind of an ugly wall from your window.)
