Trip on the Danube The river that is separating Buda from Pest is very important in the life of the people of Hungary. In old days they even arranged balls on the ice! Now they no longer arrange such things, but with a boat you can enjoy a nice trip on the Danube. There are different companies with different offers. Some offer small trips within Budapest, while others arrange trips all the way to Bratislava and Vienna. The trip during nighttime is recommended, because then you can enjoy the special view of Budapest by night.
