A short answer is that you cannot make the beautiful shots of the Chain Bridge now due to the work being done. There are some lights on the bridge but it doesn’t even get close to the beauty of the bridge on a normal day. If you want to get a feeling of what to expect I suggest you check the live camera below where you can see what the bridge looks like right now. If you check it in the evening, you will see the present illumination of the Chain Bridge and if that feels enough to you, come and make a picture of it. If you’d rather wait, come to Budapest later.
