Hello, the price may vary a lot, but I would check out the Danubius Hotel Arena which is the hotel nearest to the venue itself. Normally they should have nice prices! THe best currency is Hungarian Forint, but if you want to use another currency then Euro is the best..

I am not really sure. The best is probably to wait until your arrival to Budapest and to Hungary and then you can easily get Forint in an ATM or a Change office.
