Hello David,

yes you can, also throughout the night. But it is not a “guarded” parking or so, which means you shouldn’t leave valuables in the car etc.

You are actually right… there is an exception for pensioneers also on 100E, so those aged 65 or older can travel for free also with 100E! Thanks for writing!

I would most likely stay in the large parking lot between Campona and the railway track, but in theory, there shouldn’t be any problems leaving your car there either.

Like the story of the free camel ride. The ride is free, but £20 to get on and off!
In Hungary the journey may be free but on all the trains I have booked you HAVE to have a reservation. No reservation. No travel, no ticket. September 2024

Some on my tickets have cost also £20!
