The summers are beautiful in Budapest. The sun is shining, you can walk in shorts and t-shirt from early morning until late in the evening, and the people are nice, the city is beautiful… and this summer you can even listen to the beautiful lyrics accompanied by angry guitars as Guns N’ Roses comes to the fantastic Puskas Ferenc Stadium. The concert will be held on July 15. If you miss out on the event, you have another chance to listen to Guns N’ Roses nine days later as the band performs in Vienna, a city only 250km from Budapest (and you can reach it by car within 2 1/2 hours).
Guns N’ Roses has been to Budapest many times before, but who knows… this might be the last time? Axl Rose isn’t old yet (only 62 years), so it might easily happen that he will still do Guns N’ Roses concerts in 15 more years, but that is impossible to predict right now. No matter what, if you are a fan of Guns N’ Roses, you better come to listen to the band in Budapest this summer.

Do not forget to run around the streets of Budapest to explore the interesting history of the city. It might not be as famous and popular a city as Paris, London, and Amsterdam, but it has a very interesting history that you better explore and take a closer look at. If you are more of a person who gathers experiences, then you should go to a wine tasting program, taste some of the Hungarian fruit spirit (palinka), and of course, eat some goose liver, Hungarian sausage, and the local Goulash soup (at least 3-4 times).
If you want to see some memories from Guns N’ Roses in Budapest, then you can also meet the band (at least in a way) as you look at the walls and decorations inside Hard Rock Cafe located at the popular Vörösmarty Square in Budapest.
