Since the middle of the 19th century Gerbeaud has served its guest with their delightful cakes and coffee. Several celebrities have visited their cafe, for example Madonna. Here you can meet waiters in old-fashioned clothes, and the inside is very nicely decorated.
On the menu you can find many delicious cakes, and also beer made at-the-place. A suggestion is to order the Gerbeaud Varieties, because then you get a plate with three special Gerbeaud cakes.
This is one of the few places where they add the service fee (15%) to the bill, which means there is no need to leave more behind as you leave.
